Anwar Shaikh is an accomplished Head Coach at Magic Bus India Foundation with over 18 years of experience in the sports industry. A graduate in Arts and a certified trainer in multiple sports, he brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to youth development, elite player training, and leadership through sport.

A former professional athlete, Anwar proudly represented the Maharashtra Rugby Team under the Indian Olympic Association, where he clinched a Gold Medal, and went on to represent Team India in Rugby at the National Games 2007. He holds certifications as a Level 1 Rugby Coach and Referee from the International Rugby Board (IRB), underlining his expertise and credibility in the sport.

Throughout his career, Anwar has consistently focused on using sport as a tool for transformation. His mission is rooted in giving back to society, leveraging his skills and experience to inspire, mentor, and create opportunities for youth, especially those from marginalized communities. With a strong foundation in coaching, leadership, and social impact, he continues to drive change through sport with passion and purpose.
